A lion and a fox went hunting. The lion found a camel. The fox found a cow. The fox said to the lion, “My king, a camel’s meat does not taste as good as a cow’s meat. Please take my cow. Give me your camel.” The lion said, “Thank you.” It gave the camel to the fox and took the cow.

The lion and the fox looked for knives to kill the animals. The lion found one knife made of iron. The fox found five knives made of wood. The fox said to the lion, “My king, you have one knife. What will you do if you lose it or break it? Please take my five knives. Give me your one knife.” The lion said, “Thank you.” It gave its knife made of iron to the fox. It took the fox’s five knives made of wood.

The lion and the fox looked for a place to kill the animals. They found two caves. The lion found a high cave with one entrance. The fox found a low cave with two entrances. The fox said, “My king, your cave is very high. It has one entrance. How will you escape if an enemy attacks you? Please take my cave. It is low and has two entrances.” The lion said, “Thank you.” It walked into the low cave with two entrances. The fox walked into the high cave with one entrance.

They got ready to kill the animals. It started to rain. Water came into the low cave. It came through one entrance. The water carried the lion away through the second entrance. No water came into the high cave. The fox took the camel and the cow for itself.
